We aim to provide a confidential space for small groups ( max of 8 participants) to participate in a safe environment and explore ideas and feelings through conversations in action. Some psycho-educational material available where appropriate. Providing either a series of 3 sessions, or open ended, dependent on demand. Please contact us to book a place, dates to be confirmed when Quarantine is lifted.
